Reporting a wrong game

This is the most useful mail you can send. Schedules move, and the published sources this site reads are sometimes behind or wrong. To make a correction quick, include the two teams, the date as shown on the site, and what it should say — a link to the page helps most of all, because it names the league and the season without you having to.

One thing worth checking before you write: a match with no start time is not a fault. Football and college football both publish a season's schedule long before the broadcasters pick which matches to televise, and a kick-off time is only settled when they do — often just weeks ahead, and a match can move day as well as hour. Until then the cell carries the date and a ? rather than a time the site cannot stand behind.

What to expect

This is a small independent site run by one person, not a company with a support desk. Mail is usually answered within a few days. Schedule corrections that come from the upstream feed may take a rebuild cycle — normally overnight — to appear on the site.
